Looking in the Northwood Area of Irvine is the Influential Homes neighborhood. One of the newest and exciting 55+ communities to ever come to the city of Irvine is the new Travata community.  So many surrounding cities have adapted and constructed homes for this age group and it's finally time for Irvine to embrace a community that is dedicated for those older than 55 years of age.  Travata will feature brand new construction homes built in 2018 and located within the popular Cypress Village community.  There is lot of excitement regarding these homes as they offer the perfect location near local shopping and the 5 freeway.  

Lennar Home builder is in charge of the three neighborhoods within Trevata which consist of Aldea, Castillo and Palencia.  Aldea will be the most affordable option and will sell in the mid $600,000 range.

The Marquee building is a popular spot to find long term rental in the city of Irvine, California.  The two story building complex seems to always have a healthy inventory of rental properties available for lease that are typically for a duration of twelve months.  Renters have the options between one, two and three bedroom condos with one bedroom units being the most rare and don't come up for lease that option.  The most common rental in the Marquee building is a two bedroom, two bath unit with around 1,330 to 2,063 square feet.

One of the smaller neighborhoods found in the Woodbridge community in Irvine is the Seasons tract.  Going back in time these condos were first constructed in 1984 and built over a 3 year period.  What makes these properties unique is that they have the look and feel of a single family home but have a condo classification. The location is near the cross streets of Jeffrey Road and Alton Parkway and not too far from the 405 freeway.  The homes have an unexpected light and airy feel to them with nice vaulted ceilings, separate dining room and an outdoor patio area which is ideal for entertaining.  All bedrooms tend to be located on the upper level so it's not ideal for older buyers looking for bedrooms located on the main level.
