The most affordable condos in Irvine, California can be found in the Orangetree and Northwood areas.  These two communities offer the lowest priced condos in all of Irvine can be currently found between $250,000 to $300,000.  The inventory in this price range is very limited with only 3 properties currently available for sale under $300,000.  Be prepared as these condos can be rather small but a great value in the expensive Irvine real estate market.
