Canyon Creek Gated Community

One of the most popular gated communities in the Northwood area of Irvine is the Canyon Creek neighborhood. The tract was first established in 1979 with detached single family homes with two to five bedroom floor plans. Many of the lots of this community are large enough to entertain and for private swimming pool. There is a good variety of two story floor plans with some single level homes located here as well. Select properties will offer covered front porches, vaulted ceilings, large kitchens with center island, family room, breakfast room, circular staircases and master bedroom fireplace and an attached three car garage.
Canyon Creek offers a nice community pool, spa, two tennis courts and barbecue area. There is a gated entrance that is maintained by the Canyon Creek Homeowners Association. Some of the best Irvine schools are located near the Canyon Creek neighborhood which includes the popular Northwood High School. Association dues currently run $180.00 and there is no Mello Roos bond. One of the reasons why the dues are kept low is that there is only 128 homes in Northwood.
