Havard Square Irvine Homes

One of the more difficult places to find a home in Irvine is the Harvard gated community.  The neighborhood has a really great location where the 5 and 261 freeways meet and just off the Culver Drive exit.  It's definitely not the cheapest place to live in Irvine as many of the homes are listed well above the one million dollar price point.  What makes this area unique is that many of the over 800 homes located here were built about 20 years ago or so and still have the look and feel of a newer community.  These are two story single family homes with attached garages and large front and backyards.  Many love living here since it's located in the highly sought after Irvine School District.

Harvard Square has plenty of amenities to choose from that include a private park, pool, basketball court, volleyball court and playground.  There is currently one home listed for sale at 12 New Hampshire that's on the market for $1,149,999.  It features five bedrooms, three baths with an attached two car garage.  It has been nicely updated with an open floor plan that combines the living room and kitchen spaces.  The large backyard is very large and is the perfect place for entertaining.  On average we see about 15 homes come on the market every year in Harvard Square with many of the homes listed just below or just above the $1 million dollar price point.  One the biggest selling points for this community is having low homeowners association dues which is always a plus.  To view homes in this private gated community please contact any of our local Irvine Real Estate agents at 949-988-0605.
