Irvine Homes For Sale Under $500,000

As real estate prices continue to go up in Southern California it's getting harder to find a home under the $500,000 price point.  There are still several properties that are on the market for sale that can still be purchased in this range if you know where to look. One of the most requested and most affordable places to buy in Irvine is the Watermarke complex.  These are residential condos that feature many one bedrooms condos in the mid $400,000 range.  I'm still surprised how affordable these condos are considering all of the amenities that come with living here that include 3 community pools, fitness center, tennis courts, concierge services, etc.  The location is really great too with a short distance to the 405 freeway and the John Wayne Airport.  There is another condo complex located not too far from Watermarke that also has condos in this price point and is commonly known as the Metropolitan building.  The neat thing about living here is that they offer a gated entrance with amenities similar to Watermarke like a community pool, spa and fitness room.  There are also currently 1 bedroom condos in the mid $400,000 range as well.

For those looking for a little bit larger of a place there are also several locations where you can find a 2 bedroom condo in the $400,000 range as well.  One of the best places is the Woodbridge community that has several different neighborhoods with affordable price points.  Look for neighborhoods like Woodbridge Laurels which currently offers two bedroom condos currently priced at $439,000 and $499,000.  Amenities are plentiful when living in Woodbridge from community pools, spa, tennis courts and two large lakes.  Other notable places to look would be the Orangetree community in Irvine which also features two bedroom condos currently priced at $498,000 and $499,000.  If you are a first time home buying or a savvy real estate investor these are excellent choices.  Please contact our local Irvine Real Estate specialists at 949-988-0605 today.
