Irvine Luxury Rentals

The city of Irvine has several neighborhoods that offer luxury rentals for those looking for an upscale home in a premier neighborhood. When we talk about luxury we are doing a search for rentals in the Irvine area that are over $10,000 for per month. The large majority of these homes are long term leases where the owners of the properties are asking for a length of a lease for at least 12 months or more. Some of these properties have negotiable or month-to-month lease terms so we always recommend checking with a local real estate agent to see which properties offer these kind of lease terms. There are several neighborhoods where we see luxury rentals which are described here.
The most prestigious place to find a luxury rental is in the Shady Canyon community in Irvine. These are large scale homes that offer one of the most secure gated neighborhoods in all of Irvine. Upon arriving to the community you are greeted by a guard attendant that will ask for why you are visiting the community. Once you pass through this gate then there will be another manual gate to get you into each of the different sections of Shady Canyon. I've shown homes here and I'm always impressed by the level of security found here which makes sense based on the sales prices of these homes. It's not uncommon to find rentals in the neighborhoods for well above $10,000 a month with many properties listed at over $20,000 per month as a long term lease.
There are also several locations that also offer luxury rentals that include Turtle Ridge, Great Park, Portola Springs and Orchard Hills neighborhoods. These are often also located in a gated community and offer a lot of association amenities included with that. For those considering a luxury condo rental then I can recommend the Plaza condo complex which is one of the finest condo buildings in all of Irvine.
