The Meadows Trailer Park is located just south of the 5 freeway off Jeffrey Road and is also a senior community for those older than 55 years of age. This is a much more affordable neighborhood than The Groves Trailer Park with real estate prices starting at the $100,000 range to the mid $200,000 range for a 3 bedroom home with 1,440 square feet. The big major difference between the two is that Meadows Trailer Park does have monthly space rent dues which average $715.00 a month for one of the currently advertised homes for sale. This should be a consideration when calculating the monthly expenses as the fee's can add up over a years time.
