Irvine Rentals Near UCI

The demand for those attending UCI, the University of California Irvine has reached an all time high this year.  We have been receiving a lot of calls this summer from students looking for housing around the campus.  What is making things difficult is that the normal low inventory of housing is becoming even more limited which is causing multiple students to bid on the same property.  There are several places that we are recommending when students call in as the best places to look.

First, the Watermarke complex offers some of the lowest price condo rentals near UCI and offers a lot of perks when living here too.  The location is situated off the Jamboree exit off the 405 freeway and within a short bike ride to the campus.  We have been seeing a lot of rentals starting as low as $1,900 a month for a one bedroom and $2,550 for a two bedroom.  These are all typically a 12 month lease with the owner normally asking for a first months rent, security deposit and credit check fee.  Most students we have spoken with this year have multiple people who will be staying in the condo so it's important to note that everyone staying there will need to fill out a rental application.  If you need a copy of this application please give us a call at 949-988-0605 and we will email it to you.

Another great option to look is in the University Town Center area of Irvine.  This is also located on the ocean side of the 405 freeway and a short bike ride to the campus.  Look for neighborhoods like Columbia Square, Princetown Townhomes and Oxford Court as some of the most popular places to live in this area.  We receive a lot of requests for Oxford Court & Columbia Square from students due to the low rental prices.  Columbia Square has recently has had the best deals with a recent 2 bedroom condo that leased out for $2,300 and another 2 bedroom that leased out for $2,400.  Both of these leased out in July 2021.  If you need assistance in finding a please please feel to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.
