Jade Court Irvine Rentals

Going back to between 2014 to 2015 many of the jade Court condos were built in the very desirable Cypress Village community in Irvine, California. If you are new to real estate in the Irvine area then let me first let you know there have been a large number of new communities built in the last 10 years with a wide variety of single family homes and residential condos to choose from.  Cypress Village was one of many new communities that was built with a good choice of residential homes and condos to choose from.  What impressed me about this property when it was first built was the quality of construction that was taking place.  There was also a well planned out area for parks and children to play which I thought was done perfectly.  Of course, one of the biggest selling features was it's prime location near the 5 and 133 freeways which are two of the main access points to commute to various areas throughout Irvine and beyond.

Rental prices for condos at Jade Court have remained consistent with a lot of the recent leased out properties ranging between $3,900 to $4,400 a month for a three bedroom condo as pictured above.  Of course, there are some properties that have leased for more than these price points as it's really depends on the location, condition and size of the condo.  For the most part these are 12 month leases with the tenant paying the first months rent, security deposit and a credit check fee in order to move-in. Pets seem to be allowed on some of these rentals as it's ultimately up to the owner to decide on this.  There always seems to be a good influx of newly listed rentals here so be patient if you are specifically looking in this complex.  We always recommend looking about 4-6 weeks out of your desired move-in date as most owners are not willing to hold a property for more than 3 to 4 weeks.  If you have any questions regarding this process please contact our local Irvine real estate agents at 949-988-0605.
