Irvine has a very wide range of real estate prices starting from your basic one bedroom condo to luxury estate homes located in gated communities like Shady Canyon.  For those looking for a starter condo or as a real estate investor is makes sense to be consider several of Irvine condos that are currently listed under $300,000.  These provide excellent opportunity to home ownership with mortgage payments that may be similar to what you would pay in rent.  Here is a quick guide on where to look!
