New home sales in Irvine are on the rise. Cypress village is announcing that they have abundance of demand on their new home sales. Caserta Residences at the Cypress Villages are almost sold out. The Santa Maria 2-3 bedroom affordable Residences ranging from $550k to mid$600k are on final homes now selling. The Caserta Residences build by Standard Pacific Homes offering three floor plans featuring 3-4 bedrooms starting from high $700's - mid $800's are on the final stages of being sold out.
There are new Residences now available as pre-sale at the Cypress Village located by Arbor Park. The Acacia build by Ryland Homes offers flats and townhomes featuring small and affordable homes for the young families and news starter. Acacia offers four floorplans ranging from 1,122 square feet to 1,478 square feet featuring 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath.
