Northwood Pointe is a new master planned development in the City of Irvine. It is located and bounded by Portola Parkway on the north, Jeffrey Road on the east, and Culver Drive on the west. Northwood Point is build by the Irvine company in the 1990's consisting of approximately 1,940 homes. Homes offer eighteen main floor plans and residences and approximately sixty eight different floor plans. College Residence is the smallest floor plan starting from 1,001 Square Feet one bedroom attached townhomes starting from mid $500,000's and to the largest are the luxury single family homes such like the Arbor Residence with floor plans starting from 4,350 Square Feet five bedroom 3 car garages. Home prices on the Arbor Residences start from $1.5mil - $2.5 mil.
