Positano Irvine Rentals

Within the Westpark community in Irvine is a small yet popular neighborhood called Positano that offers residential rentals from time to time.  On average we typically see 4 to 5 properties come on the market each year and depending on the time of the year these only typically remain on the market for less than 30 days.  These are detached single family homes that can range between 1,300 to 1,900 square feet with the large majority of these being 3 bedroom homes.  What is great about these homes is that they often come with a two car attached garage, front and back yards, two story floor plans and kitchens that can feature a center kitchen island.  

Past rental pries in the Positano community for the year 2023 so far have consistently been over $4,100 a month as pictured above in comparison to last year when it was still possible to find rentals here in the high $3,000 range.  A lot of this has to do with the limited number of rental properties on the market at any given time here with currently is low which helps drive up the price.  The last 3 properties leased out here were only on the market for 9 days or less which gives you an idea how quickly these are renting out for.  Key things to look for when renting here is that these are typically a 12 month lease to start with the option to renew additional months or years can be put into the lease agreement if you direct your real estate agent to do so.  Expect security deposits to be a little higher than the monthly rent so if a property is asking $4,250 a month you might expect the security deposit to be around $5,000.  Pets are allowed in this community and it's up to the landlord if they want a pet or not.  If a pet is accepted the normal pet deposit is $500.00.  If you have any questions about the rental process here please call or local Irvine Real Estate agents at 949-988-0605.
