Shady Canyon Irvine Rentals

Shady Canyon has a strong reputation as being one of the top communities in the Irvine area.  For the most part a large percentage of properties that are currently on the market are listed for sale with a few rental homes as well.  The community does not typically have a large number of rentals available at any given time in part due to it's exclusivity and price range of these homes.  For someone that is new to the area and not sure about where they want to live renting a home in Shady Canyon makes a lot of sense.  There are several options when leasing depending on what you are looking for.

For the most part rentals in Shady Canyon are for long term which is typically a 12 month lease.  This is not a common place where you will find vacation rental homes due to it being a guard gated community with limited access for residents who live here and their guests.  Right now, there are two long term rentals on the market that range from $27,000 to $28,800 a month.  Both of these homes feature over 9,500 square feet of living space and located on lot sizes over a half acre.  We did a quick search for what homes in Shady Canyon have leased for in the past year and the range is from $15,000 to $24,000 depending on the size, condition and location of the home.  There is currently one home being offered for lease with negotiable lease terms which could mean a shorter lease than the traditional 12 months.  It's an estimated 8,000 square foot home that is listed at $25,000 per month.  Typically a first month rent, security deposit and credit report is required when leasing a home.
