Stonegate New Construction Homes

The Stonegate area of Irvine is one of the newer communities that has been built since 2012 with singe family homes and residential townhouses.  Irvine has no shortage of brand new homes being built in many different communities like Cypress Village, Orchard Hills, Great Park and the Villages of Eastwood.  For the most part, Stonegate is an already well established neighborhood but now Richmond American, KB Homes and Tri Pointe Homes will be building new construction homes in the master planned Villages of Irvine.  

Richmond American has two new neighborhoods known as Lafayette and Auburn communities.  Lafayette has already sold out and featured 4 bedroom single family homes that ranged from 2,440 to 2,850 square feet with real estate prices in the $1.1 million range.  The other neighborhood known as Auburn features 4 to 5 bedroom single family homes that range in size from 3,210 to 3,980 square feet with real estate prices expected in the $1.3 million range.  Some of the uniques features in the Auburn homes can include finished basements which is very rare for Southern California, sunken courtyard, recreational and wine tasting room.  

Tri Pointe Homes recently finished construction on brand new homes in the Stonegate area called Arcadia.  These are beautiful two story Spanish style homes that have been recently come on the market in the mid $1.3 million dollar range.  These are typically re-sale properties of owners who have bought the home but have decided to turn them around and put it on the market for sale.    Another new community that is being built by KB Homes in the Stonegate area is the neighborhood of Palo Alto.  Palo Alto at Stonegate features three different floor plans that all stat just over the $1 million dollar price point.  All three four plans have a minimum of four bedrooms and 3,000 plus square feet.

Stonegate is an ideal location just north of the 5 freeway and close proximity to the 241 and 133 freeway.  This means that commuting to work is very easy with 3 major freeways leading in different directions.  The area is also well known for it's schools with lots of parks and open space In the immediate area.  All of these are master planned neighborhoods which mean that there may be homeowners association dues in additional to an additional Mello Roos tax.  Please check with your local real estate agent on the exact costs.  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us as we are the Irvine Real Estate experts.
