One of the new and existing communities to come on the market is the Trellis Court neighborhood.  Located in the brand new Cypress Village community is a set of 4 different neighborhoods that are now being built in the south side of the 133 Highway.  Cypress Village is one of our most requested neighborhoods in Irvine with new construction homes that started back in 2013 and have been consitently in the last four years.  Up until now all of the homes had been located on the north side of the 133 freeway where a large community park, sports court and amenities are located.  Now, Cypress Village has expanded south with 4 neighborhoods that consist of Lantana, Trellis Court, Caserta and Tristiana.
