One of the newest and exciting 55+ communities to ever come to the city of Irvine is the new Travata community.  So many surrounding cities have adapted and constructed homes for this age group and it's finally time for Irvine to embrace a community that is dedicated for those older than 55 years of age.  Travata will feature brand new construction homes built in 2018 and located within the popular Cypress Village community.  There is lot of excitement regarding these homes as they offer the perfect location near local shopping and the 5 freeway.  

Lennar Home builder is in charge of the three neighborhoods within Trevata which consist of Aldea, Castillo and Palencia.  Aldea will be the most affordable option and will sell in the mid $600,000 range.
