There are so many new homes being built in the Irvine area that it can be hard to know what is the best community for you.  For the most part these new communities will offer either a detached single family home or an attached townhouse or condo.  For the most part the lowest real estate prices. you will find for a brand new homes starting the mid $600,000 range for a two or three bedroom townhouse.  Single family homes are a little more expensive and can be found in the high $700,000 range and up.  Here is a quick guide to the current building going on in Irvine.

One of the newest neighborhoods in Irvine is a community called Eastwood Village.  There will be a total of six neighborhoods that include Avalon, Helena, Petaluma, Marin, Piedmont and Belvedere.  This is a prime location that is east of the 5 freeway and north of the 133 freeway.  Surrounding communities include Northpark, Northwood, Woodbury and Stonetree.

These are attached townhouses that offer a wide range of available floor plans with current real estate prices starting at just over $630,000 and go as high as just under $1,200,000.  The homeowners association offers the following amenities:  community pool, spa, picnic area and children's playground area.  It's important to disclose that there are monthly homeowners association dues and a Mello
