Irvine is a master planned city with hundreds of neighborhoods to choose from. These mainly comprise of traditional single family homes and residential townhouses and condos. When one thinks of Irvine one rarely thinks about manufactured or mobile homes since they are very rare. There is however, one residential neighborhood that offers affordable mobile homes in the city of Irvine, California. Located off the 5 freeway at the Jeffrey Road exist is two mobile home neighborhoods known as Meadows Trailer in the El Camino Real area and the Groves Trailer Park in the Northwood area of Irvine.
