One of the newest communities in 2020 in Irvine, California is the CitySquare neighborhoods.  Built by Heritage homes, these homes are marketed by Heritage as being energy efficient which in the long run they tell us will save us a lot of money in utility bills.  The location is so brand new that's its hard to located on a map right now but the location is near the major intersection off Main Street and MacArthur Blvd.  The location is so ideal that is just a few minutes drive to John Wayne Airport and the 405 freeway making commuting to work ideal.  This area of Irvine is known for many corporate buildings so it's nice to see a residential neighborhood pop up in this prime real estate area.

Some of the first homes to come on the market in the Altair Irvine community have just been released.  Altair is one of the many new communities in the Irvine area that will offer 10 different neighborhoods located near the new OC Great Park and Portola Springs community.  Real Estate prices are expected to start at under $1.3 million and go up above the $2.3 million dollar price point.  Due to the large scale nature of building 693 single family homes and 147 condos there will be two dedicated home builders. Rowland at Beacon Park is one of the newest neighborhoods that is currently under construction in the Beacon Park area of Irvine, California.  Lennar Homes is currently building a total of 107 townhouses that are slated for completion later this year.  Buyers who engage early have the opportunity to customize flooring and other interior amenities.  The builder is offering a two to three bedroom floor plans that start at 1,661 and go up to 2,076 square feet.  One of the unique things about this community compared to other new home communities is the number of interior upgrades that are included in these homes.  Some of the items can include kitchen items like a stainless steel refrigerator Ceasar stone kitchen counters.

The Stonegate area of Irvine is one of the newer communities that has been built since 2012 with singe family homes and residential townhouses.  Irvine has no shortage of brand new homes being built in many different communities like Cypress Village, Orchard Hills, Great Park and the Villages of Eastwood.  For the most part, Stonegate is an already well established neighborhood but now Richmond American, KB Homes and Tri Pointe Homes will be building new construction homes in the master planned Villages of Irvine.

One of the new and existing communities to come on the market is the Trellis Court neighborhood.  Located in the brand new Cypress Village community is a set of 4 different neighborhoods that are now being built in the south side of the 133 Highway.  Cypress Village is one of our most requested neighborhoods in Irvine with new construction homes that started back in 2013 and have been consitently in the last four years.  Up until now all of the homes had been located on the north side of the 133 freeway where a large community park, sports court and amenities are located.  Now, Cypress Village has expanded south with 4 neighborhoods that consist of Lantana, Trellis Court, Caserta and Tristiana.

One of the newest homes being built in the Orchard Hills Irvine area is the Vista Scena neighborhood.  There is a total of 5 floor plans to choose from in Vista Scena that all feature a total of 3 bedrooms that are going to be selling in the low $700,000 to $800,000 range with one home on the market for $799,767.  This brand new construction home was built in 2017 and features three large bedrooms and offers a total of 1,713 square feet.  Some of the features found in this home include a gourmet kitchen with the trendy caesar stone counter tops, stainless steel appliance and upgraded option of crown molding.  Included is a large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom with nice coffered style ceilings.  It's also within walking distance to the newly built

One of the best places to find new construction homes in the brand new community called Great Park.  Great Park has several different home builders like Lennar homes that are building one and two story homes that start in the mid $800,000 range.  Some of the more popular single level homes can be found in the brand new Great Park neighborhood called "Beechwood."  Beechwood homes were first built starting in 2014 and offer floor plans that include three bedroom homes that offer 1,767 square feet of living space with good size from and back yards.  Some of the features that can be found in these homes consist of slab granite counter tops, large island with eating bar, stainless steel appliances and large master suites with walk-in closets.
