Irvine is not a coastal city located on the beach but is still a realatively short distance to the beach with select communities offering panoramic views of the ocean.  One such location is the Turtle Ridge area of Irvine that is located next to the city limits of Newport Beach is a very upscale community.  One particular neighborhood called "La Cima" is probably the best neighborhood to find ocean views in the Irvine area.  The community is perched high on a hill in the Turtle Ridge area with panoramic views.  La Cima is located in the guard gated Turtle Ridge community with luxury estate homes that offer large outdoor entertainment spaces and rich interiors that complement the Mediterranean design.  These were built in the Tuscan architectural style
