Turtle Rock is well regarded in the Irvine community as being one of the top rated neighborhoods.  It is ideally situated near some of the top schools in the area like Irvine Union High and Turtle Rock elementary school.  Beyond that, Turtle Rock is surrounded by multi-million dollars homes in the luxury gated Shady Canyon and Turtle Ridge communities.  Many of the properties located here are single family residences will a few select townhouses for sale.  There are three townhouse communities known as Turtle Rock ridge Townhomes Atkins, Ridge Townhomes Peters, and Ridge Townhomes Bren which is pictured below.

Central Park West is a small area located on the ocean side of the 405 freeway near the exit of Jamboree.  The many condo buildings located here have brought life back into the Airport area with a wide variety of condos and townhouses to choose from.  The area basically forms a circle with the Central Park West community center located in the middle of the complex.  Inside the center features a resort style pool, clubhouse and fitness center and is pictured below.

Some of most expensive condos on the market can be found in the Lennox building with a 2 bedroom, 2,072 square feet condo on the market for $7999,000.  There are a total of 5 residences found within the Lennox complex that was originally built by Lennar homes with a total of 72 one level
