The Hidden Canyon community in Irvine has arguably become on the most sought after neighborhoods in Irvine.  Many of the new construction homes have been built with many re-sale properties on the market for sale.  For those not ready to purchase a home right now there are several rental properties that have come on the market for lease here.

A very popular neighborhood for college students is the Oxford Court community.  This is probably one of our most request neighborhoods due to it's close proximity to the University of California, Irvine campus as well as other parts of Irvine and Newport Beach.  Oxford Court offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos that were built in the 1980's.  Two bedroom rentals will average around 1,017 square feet and typically rent for around $2,500 to $2,975 per month. Three bedroom rentals can rent anywhere from $2,800 to $3,600 depending on the condition and location of the condo.

Looking in the Northwood Area of Irvine is the Influential Homes neighborhood. These are older homes from the late 1970's that have very popular one story floor plans that often come with attached two car garages located on large lots.  Homes from this era have a lot of advantages to the newer construction homes that are being built in Irvine now since there is no monthly homeowners association dues and no additional Mello Roos fee.  This can be a savings of close to several thousand dollars a year which can be used instead for paying off your mortgage and property improvements.  When looking at homes in the Influential homes neighborhood expect to find either 3, 4 or 5 bedroom homes with square footages from 1,609 to 2,915 square feet.

One of the newest and exciting 55+ communities to ever come to the city of Irvine is the new Travata community.  So many surrounding cities have adapted and constructed homes for this age group and it's finally time for Irvine to embrace a community that is dedicated for those older than 55 years of age.  Travata will feature brand new construction homes built in 2018 and located within the popular Cypress Village community.  There is lot of excitement regarding these homes as they offer the perfect location near local shopping and the 5 freeway.  

Lennar Home builder is in charge of the three neighborhoods within Trevata which consist of Aldea, Castillo and Palencia.  Aldea will be the most affordable option and will sell in the mid $600,000 range.

One of the newest buildings in the Central Park West complex is the Hudson community in Irvine, California.  Central Park West is filled with a wide variety of condos, townhouses and flats all located on the ocean side of the 405 freeway.  The Hudson complex will feature one to three bedroom flats starting from the mid $450,000 range.  This is a very attractive price range for a property located this close to the beach while being situated in the heart of the Irvine financial district.   The flats are still under construction and slated for completion later this summer.  Expect to find condos that start at 684 square feet with the largest units at over 1,400 square feet.  According to our sources Phase I & II have already completed sold out and now
