Laguna Altura is one of the most sought after communities on the ocean side of the 5 freeway. Mainly known for it's large residential homes but also has many neighborhoods that offer condo and townhouse listings for sale. One of the best places to find new construction homes in the brand new community called Great Park.  Great Park has several different home builders like Lennar homes that are building one and two story homes that start in the mid $800,000 range.  Some of the more popular single level homes can be found in the brand new Great Park neighborhood called "Beechwood."  Beechwood homes were first built starting in 2014 and offer floor plans that include three bedroom homes that offer 1,767 square feet of living space with good size from and back yards.  Some of the features that can be found in these homes consist of slab granite counter tops, large island with eating bar, stainless steel appliances and large master suites with walk-in closets.
