One of the most exciting and new communities that is being built is located in the private gated community known as "The Reserve at Orchard Hills."  One of the 5 neighborhoods that are being built here is called the "Verdi" tract that features homes from 2,182 to 2,509 square feet.  One of the first homes was released this week to the open market and is currently priced at $1,147,747.  The three bedroom, two bath condo features 2,182 square feet and comes with an attached two car garage.    The home is classified as a "condo" even though it is a detached home.  The home is a Plan 1 floor plan which offers a popular main floor Master Bedroom with a total of three bedrooms.

Irvine is a master planned city with hundreds of neighborhoods to choose from.  These mainly comprise of traditional single family homes and residential townhouses and condos.  When one thinks of Irvine one rarely thinks about manufactured or mobile homes since they are very rare.  There is however, one residential neighborhood that offers affordable mobile homes in the city of Irvine, California.  Located off the 5 freeway at the Jeffrey Road exist is two mobile home neighborhoods known as Meadows Trailer in the El Camino Real area and the Groves Trailer Park in the Northwood area of Irvine.  Here is a brief explanation about these two neighborhoods.
