Central Park West Newer Construction Condos

The Central Park West has bene growing over the years and tends to keep getting larger and larger. When it comes to newer construction condos in Irvine it's really hard to beat the location that Central Park West can offer. First, it's located on the ocean side of the 405 freeway which is a huge plus for those who commute to work. It's a very easy to get onto the onramp of the freeway and a very short driving distance to the John Wayne airport as well. In fact, many of those who commute to other cities for work can easily take a ride share like Uber of Lyft and get to the airport in a short time frame. We did a search for condos built from 2018 to present day and found some great choices for those looking for newer construction. The best option from this criteria would be the Lexington condos.

There are currently several Lexington condos listed for sale here and range from $1,049,000 for a one bedroom condo with an approximate 1,378 square feet up to $1,280,000 for a two bedroom condo with 2,129 square feet. The great thing about these condos if you do decide to rent them out is that the monthly homeowners association dues paid by the owner gives the tenant access to all of the amenities at Central Park West which includes things like an amazing clubhouse, community pool, gym and pickleball court. The dues also include water and trash pickup and the tenant would be responsible for gas and electric. A more affordable option would be the Hudson condo building which currently offers a 1 bedroom condo with 948 square feet listed for $658,000. Even though the square footages are smaller those who live in the Hudson building still have the same access to the Central Park West amenities.
