Northwood Horizons Irvine Rentals

The Northwood Horizons community in Irvine is an excellent place to find a well priced condo rental with one, two and three bedroom floor plans to chose from.  This is a nice location that is just off the 5 freeway near the Jeffries Road freeway off ramp.  It's not uncommon to find two bedroom rentals for under $3,000 a month which is very competitive in today's rental market in Irvine.  A lot of clients prefer the upstairs units located here which typically feature vaulted ceilings that give the illusion of extra space.  These condos often come with a one car detached garage with additional guest parking as well.  

The great thing about renting a home here is that the Landlord typically pays the homeowners association dues which grants you access to all of the amenities located here.  This includes two heated community pools, spas and barbecue area.
