One of the newest things to pop up in recent weeks is a public virtual open houses.  This is different concept than a traditional open house where anyone can just drop by and go into the house.  One of things that is the same is that the home is open during a certain time, typically from 12 noon to 4pm or so.  Typically you will have a real estate agent that is at the home and will have present to do a virtual walk through of the home with online software like Zoom that allows multiple people to engage with the real estate agent. One of the newest neighborhoods that is currently under construction is the Silverleaf community in Portola Springs.  The home building California Pacific Homes is in charge of building homes in this neighborhood that are slated for completion early next year.  There will be a total of 3 floor plans to choose from that all feature a total of three bedrooms and range from 1,645 to 1,664 square feet.  Some of the amenities that can be found in these two story floor plans include private yards, potential bonus room and main floor bedroom in Residence three.
