One of the newest and exciting 55+ communities to ever come to the city of Irvine is the new Travata community.  So many surrounding cities have adapted and constructed homes for this age group and it's finally time for Irvine to embrace a community that is dedicated for those older than 55 years of age.  Travata will feature brand new construction homes built in 2018 and located within the popular Cypress Village community.  There is lot of excitement regarding these homes as they offer the perfect location near local shopping and the 5 freeway.  

Lennar Home builder is in charge of the three neighborhoods within Trevata which consist of Aldea, Castillo and Palencia.  Aldea will be the most affordable option and will sell in the mid $600,000 range.

One of the most exciting and new communities that is being built is located in the private gated community known as "The Reserve at Orchard Hills."  One of the 5 neighborhoods that are being built here is called the "Verdi" tract that features homes from 2,182 to 2,509 square feet.  One of the first homes was released this week to the open market and is currently priced at $1,147,747.  The three bedroom, two bath condo features 2,182 square feet and comes with an attached two car garage.    The home is classified as a "condo" even though it is a detached home.  The home is a Plan 1 floor plan which offers a popular main floor Master Bedroom with a total of three bedrooms.

One of the newest neighborhoods that is currently under construction is the Silverleaf community in Portola Springs.  The home building California Pacific Homes is in charge of building homes in this neighborhood that are slated for completion early next year.  There will be a total of 3 floor plans to choose from that all feature a total of three bedrooms and range from 1,645 to 1,664 square feet.  Some of the amenities that can be found in these two story floor plans include private yards, potential bonus room and main floor bedroom in Residence three.

The Woodbury community in the city of Irvine, California is considered one of the nicest areas of town with a diverse set of neighborhood and homes.  Some of the first Woodbury homes were built starting in 2004 with a variety of residential condos, townhouses and single family homes.  One of the newest neighborhoods in the Woodbury area is the San Marino neighborhood with homes built after 2012.  This is a very upscale neighborhood that features large singe family homes that start at 2,814 square feet.

Rowland at Beacon Park is one of the newest neighborhoods that is currently under construction in the Beacon Park area of Irvine, California.  Lennar Homes is currently building a total of 107 townhouses that are slated for completion later this year.  Buyers who engage early have the opportunity to customize flooring and other interior amenities.  The builder is offering a two to three bedroom floor plans that start at 1,661 and go up to 2,076 square feet.  One of the unique things about this community compared to other new home communities is the number of interior upgrades that are included in these homes.  Some of the items can include kitchen items like a stainless steel refrigerator Ceasar stone kitchen counters.
