The Marquee building is a popular spot to find long term rental in the city of Irvine, California.  The two story building complex seems to always have a healthy inventory of rental properties available for lease that are typically for a duration of twelve months.  Renters have the options between one, two and three bedroom condos with one bedroom units being the most rare and don't come up for lease that option.  The most common rental in the Marquee building is a two bedroom, two bath unit with around 1,330 to 2,063 square feet.

Rental prices for the 2 bedroom units will range from $3,000 to 4,900 a month.  This biggest reason for this wide range is the square footage and views of the unit.  The smaller two bedroom units that offer around 1,330

One of the smaller neighborhoods found in the Woodbridge community in Irvine is the Seasons tract.  Going back in time these condos were first constructed in 1984 and built over a 3 year period.  What makes these properties unique is that they have the look and feel of a single family home but have a condo classification. The location is near the cross streets of Jeffrey Road and Alton Parkway and not too far from the 405 freeway.  The homes have an unexpected light and airy feel to them with nice vaulted ceilings, separate dining room and an outdoor patio area which is ideal for entertaining.  All bedrooms tend to be located on the upper level so it's not ideal for older buyers looking for bedrooms located on the main level.
